This Morning’s Alison Hammond made a small mistake when she mislabeled Dermot in a video about the pair.
Alison, 47, and co-host Dermot O’Leary, 48, lip-synced Annie’s It’s The Hard Knock Life in their dressing room before the start of This Morning.
The pair did it all with a fascinating routine in which Dermot closed his eyes the entire time to focus.
Alison looked great in a black t-shirt and leggings with gorgeous shoulder-length locks.
She excitedly captioned the post: “Are we in tune??? Well maybe opposites attract!” See you at 10 am @this morning @dermot. ”
Thought she had tagged her friends, the mother of an ITV studio runner, however fans were quick to point out that she was mis-referenced Dermot.
The TV veteran’s Instagram handle is @dermotoleary.
One fan joked: “Wrongly tagged human skin. Poor person won’t know what’s going on.”
Another said: “Think you mis-tagged the dermis.”
While a third concluded that it was “must be excitement.”
Of course, Alison couldn’t do anything about the mockery as she was presenting a Friday gig with her friend.
One fan commented: “oh noo, lol she’s already alive and can’t fix it”.
Unfortunately for Alison, she made another mistake on the air.
This Morning fans were left heartbroken when Brummie’s cell phone started ringing when a caller opened it during an emotional phone call.
Alison was forced to apologize when her phone started ringing while a new mother said she felt unsupported after giving birth to her daughter seven weeks ago.
As Aunt Deidre was in agony giving advice to callers, Alison’s phone began to ring loudly, confusing her as she pulled it out of her pocket and tried to turn it off.
Her face turned red and startled, she said, “I’m so sorry everyone. I’m so sorry. ”
At the end of the segment, Alison apologizes again, and Dermot replies, “Don’t worry. It happens,” before he joked: “Never let it happen again. ”
This Morning fans are buzzing about the incident, with one tweeting: “Oh, Alison! Why don’t you put your phone on silent mode? “
Another quipped: “I would have thought that turning off your phone during a presentation wouldn’t be a MAGIC.”
While a third said: “” Alison and her perfect timing. Her phone ringing is a complete Alisonism. “
This morning is weekdays on ITV at 10:30 am
