Holly Willoughby ended up dropping the camera on This Wednesday Morning, after choking on a hot vermicelli noodle soup.
The presenter burst out laughing at the moment and insisted she was fine, as she was heard coughing after getting stuck in her throat.
When co-host Phillip Schofield asked if she was okay, guest Alice Beer stepped in to help her as she continued to cough lightly.
It all started when Alice brought a number of different styles and flavors of cakes for the duo to try before Easter.
From curry themed treats to chocolate and other sweet versions of famous cakes, Holly and Phil have tried a lot.
But when Holly took a bite of a hot, fruity bun from Aldi, she immediately turned aside and started coughing.
As Alice looked at her, Holly said, “Sorry, a small piece of cake went down my throat,” as the guest continued his segment.
Alice joked: “Off you go love, she sniffed it. Would you like to blow on my tape recorder?”
Meanwhile, Phillip seemed a little worried for his friend, as her eyes began to water and turn slightly red.
As the coughing continued, Holly said: “That was great, I inhaled a crumb” as she continued to eat the baked goodies.
Phil warns her: “Never do that,” with Alice adding, “You don’t want to do that,” as Holly protested how pretty the bun was.
After putting it down, Holly looked into the camera and said: “I’m going to have to cough,” before she ran out of sight.
When she heard Holly cough, she yelled, “Sorry!” as Alice joked: “Oh, bucket!”
Holly quickly turned around and said to both of them, “Sorry, sorry, it’s right there, I’m sorry.”
The trio continued with the segment, with Holly returning to try all the delicious cakes in front of her.
This morning airs at 10 a.m. weekdays on ITV.
