Three has announced plans to expand its operations at its Limerick customer service center, creating 175 jobs over the next four years.
The job boost comes as the Irish branch begins exporting its services to Three UK’s corporate clients for the first time.
The new positions also increase the workforce at the Limerick site to 570 people.
The Castletroy center was originally established over 20 years ago and now employs almost 400 people. The Support Center currently advises international customers on services such as the Internet of Things (IoT), ICT products and cost management.
According to Three, the team also manages 1.4 million customer calls a year.
Roles will be created in the Customer Care, Team Lead, Operations and Management departments, with both full-time and part-time roles available.
“This expansion of operations at our award-winning customer experience center in Limerick demonstrates the strength of Three’s customer service in Ireland and we are delighted to build on the high standard of our talent,” said Robert Finnegan, Chief Executive of Three UK and Ireland.
Three currently holds a 40.6 percent market share in Ireland with around 3.3 million customers (as of March 2022). The company currently employs over 1300 people across Ireland. It also operates 60 stores
