Three men have been charged with the murder of a Heathrow worker whose remains were found in woodland in Buckinghamshire in 2019.
The father of one child, Mohammed Shah Subhani, was reported missing on May 7, 2019 after failing to return to his home in Hounslow, west London.
The remains of the 27-year-old were found in a wooded area near Beaconsfield on December 19 of the same year.
Scotland Yard has confirmed that Amraj Poonia, 26, of Farmfield Drive, Horley, Raneel Poonia, 25, of Whitehouse Way, Slough, and Gurditta Singh, 25, of Moreland Avenue, Slough, were charged with murder and perversion of justice on Friday.
They are due to appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today.

After the unusual disappearance, a large-scale search operation was launched by the Metropolitan Police.
However, in December – seven months later – “human remains” were discovered by special officers 15 miles from his home in a wooded area in Buckinghamshire.

A search of the woods between Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield took about five weeks and officers recovered “a considerable amount of evidence”.
However, despite eight arrests and a large amount of resources poured into the investigation, not a single person has been charged in connection with the suspicious death.
The 27-year-old, known to his friends and family as Shah, was described as “a heart of gold” by those who knew him.
Gul-Khazam Subhani, Shah’s father, was in despair information after his son’s disappearance.

He said the family were waiting for Shah to arrive on the day of his disappearance to do some shopping for his sister’s wedding.
The wedding planned for June 16 had to be canceled because the family was in dire straits.
Mr Subhani said, “If he has any enemies, if we have ever wronged anyone, we are sorry.”
His sister Iqra Subhani also made an emotional appeal to the police, adding: “We still hope that we will bring justice to him and put these monsters behind bars so that they can never do anything so horrible to another being again.
“But we need your help, you can be a friend, relative or partner of someone who has brutally taken the life of another. one-year-old son with his whole life ahead of him.
“Six loving siblings, a lifelong partner and a beautiful daughter who never had the opportunity to meet her father or experience his love, how unfair is that, you can help us, something so small can be something so significant. It just takes a phone call.”
