Despite much fuss about burying the hatchet when Prince Phillip died, there still appears to be plenty of frost left, with reports suggesting three royals snubbed Prince Harry at the funeral.

Eagle-eyed observers of footage from the many cameras filming the emotional service spotted Princess Anne, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie appearing to avoid the Duke of Sussex, with no interaction detected.

It was the first time Harry had been back in the country since he and his wife Meghan Markle’s explosive televised interview with Oprah Winfrey, the reports DailyStar.

A royal insider told the Mail at the time that Harry’s attendance at the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral was met with “a lot of chills” by the royal family.

“They are very upset,” they told the Mail on Sunday at the time.

“They all sit up for the Queen. They all think he’s been behaving horribly.”

It seems the family strife has continued as a royal expert claims Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s anniversary appearance revealed a “deep rift” within the royal family.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned to the US after attending just one Queen’s Platinum Jubilee event.

Her appearance at the monarch’s Thanksgiving service at St. Paul’s Cathedral was another frosty affair that saw Harry significantly removed from his brother Prince William.

Harry and Meghan sat second row for the service, which Her Majesty was unable to attend due to complaints during the previous day’s celebrations.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams claims the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now “obvious outsiders” in The Firm.

He told that To express : “A deep rift remains with the Royal Family, although much has evidently been happening behind the scenes to facilitate their visit for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

“This follows the Queen’s visit before the Invictus Games began. It would benefit everyone if it could be cured and the royal family reunited.”

Another royal expert said Prince Harry took the chills badly during the celebrations.

Angela Levin, who wrote the Duke of Sussex’s biography, said the sun : “What really struck me that day was Harry’s anger – he wears his emotions on his face and he looked absolutely furious.

“He could have felt a lot of things, I don’t know if he had a surge of feeling what he had given up. He’s self-destructive and may regret what he lost, maybe he was remembering bad memories and wished he hadn’t come.”

The Sussexes were also shunned from a balcony appearance at Buckingham Palace as the Queen only had working royals in the Trooping the Color lineup.

Prince Phillip’s funeral took place in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, with a strict limit on the number of people who could attend, resulting in the heartbreaking image of the queen wearing face masks, sitting alone.

It later emerged that two parties were held in Downing Street on the eve of the funeral.
