TikTok celebrity Charli D’Amelio doesn’t recognize her famous colleague from the Dunkin’ commercial
That might explain why the 19-year-old Reality star didn’t know who the Oscar winner was, even though both advertised for Dunkin’. (Watch the video below.)
At a Vanity Fair Video As posted online Friday, D’Amelio was hooked up to a lie detector and repeatedly declared her allegiance to the donut chain.
This prompted older sister Dixie D’Amelio to show her a picture of Affleck and ask, “Do you think you like Dunkin’ more than this person?”
“Yes,” the teenager replied.
“Do you know who it is?” her sibling asked.
“No,” Charli D’Amelio replied. “Who is it?”
“You seriously don’t know?” said Dixie D’Amelio.
“I’m terrible with names,” the little sister explained.
“He’s married to Jennifer Lopez,” the 22-year-old said.
A light bulb seemed to come on. “Is that Ben?” Charli D’Amelio asked.
“Oh my God, I’m so stupid,” she added.
Admittedly, the 51-year-old Affleck is not exactly the target group of TikTok dancers. But considering they are some of the donut brand’s most well-known supporters and even Affleck made a Super Bowl commercial One might expect a little more recognition for Dunkin’.
