This leaves less capacity to exercise and also to plan your meals for the week ahead.

You might want to prepare your new diet meals a week ahead and store them in the fridge first. You need time to do this. If your time is already being taken up by things that are getting in your way, it may be time to remove them from your life.

  • Measurable – Make your goal measurable so you can track your progress.
