The beauty products were sold at TK Maxx and Homesense.
The Beauty Electric 3D Shaping Massage Roller plug does not meet the required safety standards.
It was available from February 2022 to May 2022 and around 50 reels were sold to customers in Ireland.
The CCPC urged consumers not to use the Elgetec product, saying: “Customers should stop using the product immediately and return it to a TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.”

“If customers have additional questions about this recall, please email TK Maxx at customerservice@tjxeurope.com or call 01 2476126.”
The Elgetec and Elehot curling iron, model number KR-D03B, was available from February 2022 to May 2022 at TK Maxx and Homesense.
The number of affected products in the Republic of Ireland has not been confirmed, but based on their availability, they may have been sold to customers in the Republic of Ireland.
According to the CCPC, it was recalled because the breakdown insulation did not meet the safety standard’s insulation requirements.
Customers were advised to stop using the product immediately and return it to a TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
The CCPC said: “If customers have additional questions about this recall, please email TK Maxx at customerservice@tjxeurope.com or call 01 2476126.”
Separately, just two days ago, TK Maxx and Homesense recalled a pair of women’s boots over concerns that exposed nails in the boots could cause injury.
Two Dune Head and Heels model boots from the Dune brand have been recalled.
The affected products are knee-high and ankle-high boots with black heels, marked “Dune” and “Head & Heels” on the sole and insert respectively.
One of the following product codes will appear on the price label and receipt of the affected boots: 328003, 328047, 328050, 328070, 328100, 817084.
