VOGUE Williams shared about “not feeling like myself” in an honest post on Instagram.

The Howth natives all smiled in a stunning selfie and said that while she seems “happy and carefree”, that’s not always how she really feels.

Sharing a snap, in which Vogue wears a gorgeous blue blouse and matching makeup, the businesswoman revealed her true feelings at the time of the photo shoot.

Vogue says how she “really has to rely on the people closest to her [her]”as she urges her followers to ‘keep talking’ to loved ones.

She said: “This weekend I was blinking as my camera roll looked back at old photos and came across this one.

“For others, it’s a photo where I look so happy and carefree, but actually looking back, I really don’t feel like myself.

“I’m not as happy or smiling as I thought I would be and I really have to rely on the people closest to me.

“@whatsapp and @jocoxfoundation want to emphasize that January can be a difficult month for many and can feel very isolated, but it can also be a great time to inspire you to step out. Get out of your comfort zone to form better habits.

“For 2022, let’s keep chatting and connecting with our loved ones because you never know who might need that friendly ‘Hello’.

Vogue says that sometimes she’s the one who needs a friendly greeting.

Dubliner has departure for a strange journey with husband Spencer Matthews of Made In Chelsea and two children Theodore and Gigi.

The 36-year-old took to Instagram to share some sneak peeks of a photo shoot for her tanning brand Vogue’s Bare.

The moments were taken on the beautiful island beach with perfect white sand and calm blue sea.

Vogue also showed off her figure in a gorgeous bathing suit as she elegantly swayed from the tree.
