TOMMY FURY is suffering from ‘itchy knuckles’ and vows to ‘return to the ring’ after recovering from a broken rib.
The former Love Island star was abandoned when withdraw from his celebrity hate match with YouTuber Jake Paul in December.
But Fury, the younger brother of heavyweight champion Tyson, is on his way to recovery and plans to fight as soon as possible.
He said on Instagram: “So as soon as I can be completely clear on my ribs and can be back in the ring again and all that, I’ll be right back in the ring.
“Because I have some severely itchy knuckles.”
Fury revealed in a separate post: “I have to do one more scan, one more MRI of my ribs to see where that is and see how much it has healed and how much we have left.”
“And then I could jump straight back into the ring because I kept the weight down, really wanted to go.”
Fury, 22, also got a bacterial chest infection when he announced he was out of his fight less than two weeks to go.

Tyron Woodley, 39, beaten by Paul, 25, four months earlier on points, was invited in but was rejected. brutally defeated in the sixth round of the Florida rematch.
Fury’s withdrawal means that Paul has yet to fight an opponent with prior professional boxing experience.
Other KOs in his 5-0 record were against online rival ‘AnEsonGib’, former NBA player Nate Robinson, 37, and UFC welterweight Ben Askren, 37.
Fury hopes to reschedule the fight but Paul recently stated he has no intention of doing so.
Paul told Volume Sports: “He wants a payday.
“But I told you, I don’t want to fight him, he’s not worth it. I’d rather fight Tyson Fury.
“I’ll fight my brother or his father before I fight Tommy.”
