TikTok is one of the best places to find cleaning tips, tricks, and hacks. In fact, the #CleanTok hashtag has over 35.4 billion views.

The folks at Vanarama looked around and found the top 10

1. Use toothpaste to clean your headlights

Toothpaste is great for cleaning your teeth and your headlights, who would have thought? TikTok users recommend gently rubbing the toothpaste in with an old toothbrush or cloth before wiping away to reveal clear, shiny headlights.

2. Remove stains with shaving cream

TikTok users use the foam on their upholstery to remove stains, simply spray some on the seats, rub in with your hands or a brush, then wash off with a damp cloth.

3. Clean your dashboard with olive oil

If your dashboard looks a little dull, TikTok users recommend rubbing a few drops of olive oil with a soft cloth to breathe new life into it.

4. Vinegar prevents window smears

Using vinegar on your windshield and door windows will help you avoid streaks after washing.

Simply wipe them down with vinegar before rinsing them off with clean water.

5. Use a brush to get into small crevices

TikTok users have found that using a paintbrush is perfect for getting into places a regular cloth can’t.

Spray your cleaner around the interior of your car and use the brush to sweep away the dirt.

This is the perfect hack to get rid of dirt from the nooks and crannies around your shift stick and center console.

6. Use a wiper to pick up pet hair

The rubber strip on squeegees is great for picking up pet hair, even better than a vacuum!
