The Argentina international, who played under Antonio Conte in Italy, has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester United said to be interested in signing the player. Martinez has scored 21 goals in 45 games in Italy this season, with Conte presumably keen to add new options to his attacking line.

But his agent Alejandro Camaño said “the only thing we want is to be champions at Inter”.

Spurs’ Dybala shot

Juventus playmaker Paulo Dybala has reportedly decided to join Inter Milan this summer, dealing a serious blow to Tottenham Hotspur from Antonio Conte.
