TOTTENHAM target Franck Kessie has agreed terms with Barcelona, reports say.
The AC Milan midfielder has also been linked with Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, PSG and Real Madrid.
Kessie, 25, is currently unable to sign for Ivory Coast in the Africa Cup of Nations.
But Sportitalia’s Gianluigi Longari insists Kessie’s agent has agreed to join Barca at the end of his Milan deal in July.
That seems to rule out Spurs’ hopes of signing him this month after negotiating a fee of around £11m.
The former Atalanta ace has long looked certain to leave Milan.
That’s mainly because he seems to want an unlikely salary package – rumored £6m plus bonuses = to sign a new deal.
Tottenham and Co could still return to Kessie, who is in a strong bargaining position when his contract expires.
But despite their financial problems, Barcelona are now in an extremely important position.

The Portuguese giants wanted the 25-year-old’s full release clause but could ultimately settle for less than £12m – around £55m.
Liverpool had a brief interest in Diaz and West Ham made an offer.
But Manchester United could be his most serious suitor to Prem as Tottenham are reluctant to pay another £50m.
Spurs CEO Antonio Conte is also considering making an offer for the Wolves player Adama Traore.
