Transfer your software development from Russia and support Ukraine

The unusual initiative of software development agencies to help companies secure their projects and… support Ukrainian refugees.

A number of companies stopped working with their development centers in Russia after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Many critical projects have suddenly been put on hold and it is unclear how and where they will continue.

The scenario of continued work in Russian software development centers seems less likely every day. On the one hand, tool and infrastructure providers are withdrawing from the Russian market. On the other hand, the Russian government is blocking services that are crucial for the implementation of many IT projects, causing damage of over 3.4 billion Russian rubles to the market.

Polish software development agencies have joined forces under Pledge4Ukraine to encourage companies to relocate their projects to Poland. They offer support and explain that 10% of the proceeds from each project transferred from Russia will be donated to help Ukrainian refugees.

Western companies no longer want to support Putin’s regime. Now they face the big challenge of relocating their development centers out of Russia. We want to help them to manage this process. – says Matt Kurleto, CEO of Neoteric, the initiators of the initiative. – We take the existing software deliverables, assess their condition, create a new delivery plan, form a software team and start work as soon as possible.

10% of proceeds from each project transferred from Russia will be donated to Cash4refugee – the initiative which aims to enable refugees to manage their cash safely and independently by providing them with multi-currency prepaid cards and a personal, secure Provide account refilled at any time.

From the point of view of these companies, it is a win-win situation. They secure their projects and we make sure that the money they would spend anyway goes to those who need it in these difficult times.
