OPERATION Transformational leader Sarah O’Connor was frustrated and annoyed by her trainers’ advice this week when she was told she couldn’t lose weight.
Last week Sarah lost 4 and a half kilos and the leaders are not very happy with this number.
They feared that she might lose weight too quickly and they advised her to eat more food and cut back on exercise.
At the beginning of tonight’s episode, viewers can see that Sarah was very upset by this advice.
Sarah started with some batch cooking and she was clearly frustrated with all that had to be done.
Host Kathryn Thomas decides to come home to talk to her about the coach’s instructions and Sarah explains her anger.
Speaking on the show Sarah said: “I understand that it has to be sustainable, I’m very supportive of that.
“And then I suppose when it’s about to drop, when I hear the advice I’m being given, it’s literally ‘And how much are you eating?’ And I would be, ‘I’m doing what I’m asked to do’.”
Kathryn replied, “You’ve done nothing wrong and it’s really about a kind of tweak to get people where they need to be.
“And that feels like they’re slowing you down and ‘What are you doing?’ Pointing but not.”
Sarah continued: “I feel like I’m eating for the sake of eating. The bloody weight loss I feel is overshadowing everything else and it’s being heavily focused on.
“And all these things are almost forgotten – things with the family.
“I don’t want this to end and I’m mad at them and I’m still cooking and I’m still cleaning.
“People are focusing on me losing weight too fast and I understand why they’re focusing on that but I want the focus to shift back to the things that are really important to me.”
However, after Kathyrn’s visit, Sarah’s week passed and she started to get into a new rhythm and enjoy returning to her new routine.
When it comes to weight this week, they reveal that she weighs 14 stone 2.5 pounds, which means she has lost half a pound.
The trainers were delighted with this and they advised her to return to her normal exercise routine and set her a goal of losing two pounds.
