Tell me how you really feel
At the White House on Monday, President Biden mentions Peter Doocya Fox News reporter, playing a “stupid bastard” in a hot moment on the mic.
“Like most presidents, Biden has a complicated relationship with the media, I get that, you know?” Trevor Noah said Tuesday. “They oppose everything he says, they challenge every decision he makes and they even get their own room in his house, which is crazy. No one else has to dedicate a living room to their haters. “
Biden’s comments relate to Doocy’s asking if he believes inflation will be a political liability in the midterm elections.
“I mean if you want to ask the president a question, you should ask him real questions, like ‘Why can’t the CDC send its message directly on Covid?’ or “Can you ask your dog to stop chewing on my arm?” – TREVOR NOAH
“[imitating Biden] That’s right, Old Joey is back. I have reached the peak of the old man, no malice. ” – STEPHEN COLBERT
“Late that night, Biden did something I forgot presidents can do – he apologized.” – STEPHEN COLBERT
