Rudy Giuliani claimed in an interview with Newsmax’s Greg Kelly on Thursday that he was “banned” from TV appearances.
Giuliani made the claim while appearing on the right-wing network to discuss federal charges against former President Donald Trump, who faces charges related to handling classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate.
“On TV I was one of his most effective voice actors and they banned me from TV. Fox won’t hit on me.”
It’s unclear if the broadcaster is maintaining its reported ban on the former New York City mayor. HuffPost reached out to Fox News for comment.
Twitter users targeted Giuliani for his appearance on Newsmax and poked fun at the choice of platform for his claim.
