Architects who worked on the development of Annesley Gardens in Ranelagh recently won the RIAI Architecture Awards in the Living category.

The Metropolitan Workshop is a multidisciplinary practice of architects and designers who collaborated on development from their Dublin and London studios.

The result is a new project of 20 three and four bed houses that does not compete with the historic setting of Ranelagh.

Award-winning designers worked on Annesley Gardens

This has been achieved by building modern looking homes with nice touches such as zinc roof details and ‘fake’ chimneys which are a nod to their neighbors of the time but are not really needed in the A rated homes which are more efficiently heated.

There are only two quadruple houses left for sale in Annesley Gardens. They range in size from 1,872 square feet to 1,897 square feet and both cost $1.8 million.

Each is laid out on three levels with a terrace on the first floor.

The finish is high in the homes with bespoke kitchens featuring stained solid oak units and Calacatta marble worktops and islands.
