The city joins Bristol, Manchester, Oxford and Nottingham in the top five for bad passenger behaviour.
Rough London riders are not surprised to make the naughty list as well as in eighth place.
And Stoke, Leicester, Birmingham and Northampton don’t fare better.
The shocking news comes as Uber is allowing users to find out the truth behind their ratings for the first time.
Now people can see how many drivers have given them a five star or whether they have any scary one.
Meanwhile, drivers have revealed things that will affect your score, including rude or aggressive behavior, eating in their cars and refusing to wear seat belts.
Asking to open the window to smoke, put on loud music on the phone, and slam the door are big mistakes to avoid.
Uber has also announced the best ridership locations across the UK.
Belfast became the number one city for the highest average rider rating.
Brighton, Cambridge, Sheffield and Edinburgh also received brilliant scores.
Liverpool, Glasgow, Cardiff, Hastings and Newcastle are outside the top 10.
Zach Singleton, Privacy Product Manager at Uber, said: “We launched a Privacy Center, featuring ratings analysis, to provide users with greater transparency and ease of access. more access to their data.
“We hope that by giving users a view of how their ratings are calculated, we can help encourage a positive driver-driver experience on every ride.”
