UK safari park announces opening of new attractions this year

A safari park in the UK has announced that it will open a new attraction this year – and it’s the first for visitors.

West Midland Safari Park is opening its walking experience to guests, so they can get up close and personal with some of the exotic animals.

Currently, visitors can walk around the park’s Discovery Trail to see smaller creatures, including penguins, red pandas, sea lions, and bats.

But they need to be in the park’s car or minibus to see the larger animals, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, rhinos and tigers.

However, safari park owners have confirmed that new walkways will be installed so that visitors can see the larger animals on foot rather than through car windows.

This will be the first time visitors will be able to see large animals walking at the park.

Paths are not the only new addition to the park this year.

In April, the park will open eight new lodges where families can stay overnight and see the animals up close.

The park already has eight lodges – six at the elephant park and two near the leopards.

But in the near future, there will also be four lodges in giraffe park and four in the rhino park.

The park has also announced that it has submitted plans to offer overnight luxury stays with Sumatran tigers, so tiger lodges could be on the list soon.

Inside each lodge – which can accommodate up to five guests – are open-plan living rooms as well as outdoor seating areas and balconies.

The king-size bedroom is located downstairs while the upper floor can accommodate up to 3 people with options to add a baby cot.

The on-site chefs can even prepare your dinner and have it delivered to your room, while breakfast is also delivered so you can enjoy great views while you eat.

Other perks include free parking, 24-hour concierge service and free Wi-Fi, and stays at the lodges also include park tickets and wristbands for the games at the amusement park.

You can also stay in a safari lodge in Kent with lion and tiger views, with glass windows means you can shower while looking at them.
