A Ukrainian city has been found in “much more terrible” condition than the horrors uncovered in Bucha, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
Images are emerging from Borodyanka, northeast of Kyiv, where Russians have again been accused of attacking civilians.
Local officials said more than 300 people were killed and about 50 executed by Russian forces in Bucha, 35 kilometers northwest of the capital Kyiv.
Bodies were reportedly found with signs of torture and some with bullets to the head while their hands were tied.
After Russian troops retreated from northern Kiev, evidence emerges of the devastation they wreaked on the territories they occupied.

“Work has started to clear up the rubble in Borodyanka… It’s much more horrible there. More casualties of the Russian occupiers,” Zelenskyy said in a video posted to Telegram.
The town is about 25 km from Bucha.
He provided no further details or evidence that Russia was responsible for the deaths of civilians in the city.
The killing of civilians in the city of Bucha was widely condemned in the West as a war crime, spurring tougher sanctions on Russia.

“And what will happen when the world learns the whole truth about what the Russian military did in Mariupol?” asked Zelenskyy.
“It says on almost every street what the world saw in Bucha and other cities in the Kyiv region after the Russian troops left.”
Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova said 26 bodies were found under two destroyed buildings in Borodyanka.
In a televised briefing, Venediktova did not say whether authorities had determined the cause of death, but she did accuse Russian troops of conducting airstrikes on the city before taking control of it.
“Borodyanka is the worst in terms of destruction and in terms of uncertainty about (the number of) casualties,” she said.
Moscow says one of the goals of its military campaign is to “rid” largely Russian-speaking places like the southern port of Mariupol of the threat of genocide by Ukrainian nationalists who have used civilians as human shields.
Zelenskyy has denied these claims, saying they are a baseless pretext for Russia’s invasion.
Moscow has denied attacking civilians and says images of dead bodies in Bucha were staged by the Ukrainian government to justify further sanctions against Moscow and derail peace talks.
Ukraine urged allies to stop buying Russian oil and gas and strengthen it militarily amid divisions in Europe.
“Ukraine needs weapons that will give it the opportunity to win on the battlefield, and this will be the toughest sanction against Russia,” said Zelenskyy.
