‘Unchained Chaos’ is Blade & Soul’s next major update, coming next week

Blade & Soul will get the next big update next week. The next chapter, Unchained Chaos, brings a third Gunslinger expertise, a new dungeon, a new Dropscotch challenge, and the ability to change your class for the first time.

Unchained Chaos will launch on March 16, with additional feature previews arriving daily until release. For many, the heart of the update will be Gunslinger’s new specialty, Way of the Arsenal. This will add some flexibility as this will allow the Gunslingers to change their options to suit the moment. You’ll be able to use skills and techniques from short to short, tweaking your movements, and other options to give you some extra options.

For those who don’t play Gunslingers and for those who like a challenge, there’s a new dungeon to explore. Chaos Supply Chain is the new dungeon added to Demonsbane and lets you work to stop Poharan at Blackram Supply Chain. You’ll have to figure out exactly what’s going on, find a way to stop her, and whatever else comes up. If successful, you’ll earn yourself some brand new rewards and start earning gold for all of Dembane’s leaderboards.

Blade & Soul. will also allow you to change your class for the first time. If you feel that your classroom play has become stagnant, you have a chance to change things up. More details about this option will be available.

Of course, there are other challenges in the update.

Dropscotch is a tempting new challenge, with 12 players on one side of a bridge and a bunch of sweet loot on the other. Only if you can make it through the perilous series of suspended glass bricks that lie above the void. If you somehow get past those 14 tiles, expect cosmetic items and other bonuses.
