University defends brain drain as it pays £370,000 to replace three of them for a couple of months

Queen’s University Belfast has defended an exodus of top managers that has unsettled its staff and revealed the cost of filling three of the posts temporarily for a few months will be around £370,000.

Several staff have contacted the Belfast Telegraph to express their concerns over what has unfolded over the past few weeks, claiming they have been left in the dark and worried about an increasingly closed culture in where important decisions are made.
