Urgent Google Chrome warning for ALL 3 billion users due to ‘critical danger’

GOOGLE has rolled out its latest Chrome update to billions of users after discovering 30 vulnerabilities that hackers could exploit.

Seven were rated as high risk, while 14 are rated as moderate on the hazard scale.

The tech giant can’t reveal too much about the nature of the vulnerabilities or they’d hand it to cyber crooks on a tray.

But fortunately, there are still no signs that the vulnerabilities have been actively exploited by hackers.

Independent experts are paid by Google to catch bugs early, before bad actors can exploit them.

“Access to bug details and links may remain restricted until a majority of users have been updated with a fix,” the company said.

“We also want to thank all of the security researchers who worked with us throughout the development cycle to prevent security bugs from ever reaching the stable channel.”

All of this stems from a critical vulnerability that was patched just a few weeks ago – and one that exists in the wild.

Earlier this month it was revealed that experts have foiled one Record number of serious problems used by hackers in the last year.

According to Google, bug hunters have reported a total of 58 in 2021, including the powerful cyberweapon used to spy on Boris Johnson’s computer network.

The shocking figure is the highest since the tech company launched a hacker-wiping out program in 2014.

This more than doubles the previous record from 2015.

The latest update should be deployed automatically, but you can force an earlier download.
