The family of a Liverpool FC fan have issued an appeal to help find him after he went missing after the Champions League final.
Joseph Murphy, 35, was last seen around 7pm yesterday at Liverpool FC’s fan park in Paris.
He was in the French capital with a friend and his brother-in-law ahead of Liverpool’s game against Real Madrid.
The game was marred by chaotic scenes outside the stadium as French police tear-gassed Liverpool fans.
Joseph’s wife Danielle Murphy related this Liverpool echo that he is a “sincere, hardworking father of two little boys” and desperately wants her husband to make contact.

Joseph’s brother-in-law tweeted this morning that everyone was “worried now”, especially after the disturbing scenes outside the Stade de France last night.
The tweet read: “Any Reds still in Paris…haven’t seen my brother-in-law since 7pm last night. I’m worried now about how stupid this place is and how bad the police are.”
The dad was last seen in a gray Monterrain top, gray shorts and a black backpack.
He lived at 2 rue Mondetour, 94150 – about 25 minutes from the Fanpark.
Danielle is in contact with the British Embassy in France. She has urged anyone who meets Joseph to get in touch with him as soon as possible, as Joseph reportedly does not have a phone with him.
