US Open 2022 Tuesday order of play: Day 9 schedule with Nick Kyrgios, Coco Gauff and Casper Ruud

Nick Kyrgios makes headlines on day 9 of the US Open as he takes on Karen Khachanov for a spot in the semifinals.

After suffering a first Grand Slam defeat against American Frances Tiafoe in New York in 2022, Rafa Nadal has left the men’s singles wide open and the Spaniard’s departure also offers Carlos Alcaraz and Casper Ruud a chance at No. 1 in the championship ascend world.

The Norwegian opens with Arthur Ashe against Matteo Berrettini, while the American crowd will be hoping Coco Gauff can extend her exciting run at Flushing Meadows when she takes on Caroline Garcia.

Other names to watch out for include Ajla Tomljanovic, the conqueror of Serena Williams who faces a tough match against Ons Jabeur while there is plenty of doubles action including No. 1 seeded men’s doubles Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury.
