US retailers have huge discounts on games for their spring sales

Our US readers will rejoice as both Best Buy and Walmart are currently conducting a spring sale, discounting many current and all-time great products at low prices. With publishers big and small on hiatus before summer presentations, now is the time to play the games you’ve always wanted to play as your gaming library will continue to grow throughout the year.

Even though some Nintendo Switch games are on sale, getting them on a deal is always a rarity. Zelda: Breath of the Wild is down to just $39.99 at Walmart, as is Super Mario Odyssey, the adorable platformer that’s still a delight today.

PlayStation titles are also being slashed by a big chunk, with some must-plays of recent years being ditched. God of War is under $10 at Best Buy, which is a must-play before the Ragnarok sequel comes out sometime this year. And Spider-Man: Miles Morales is available for just $29.99, a deeply satisfying adventure from the masters of Insomniac. If you’ve played Elden Ring and want to check out one of From’s older titles, Bluepoint’s Demon’s Souls Remake for PS5 is discounted to just $39.99.
