Olympic legend Usain Bolt discussed with Tom Grennan to help him make his musical dreams come true as the two plan to release an album together.
While the 35-year-old Jamaican sprinter is known for his lightning speed on the track, he has big plans to race the leaderboards.
And after facing chart-topping 27-year-old Tom in the recent Soccer Aid tournament in the UK, Usain hopes he can call on the Little Bit of Love singer to step up his musical prowess.
The boys became close while practicing for a charity event to raise money and awareness for UNICEF UK, and Tom took his guitar out on the pitch for a long time singing. with celebrities participating.
Speaking to The Sun, Usain explained that he hopes to release a credible album and said he is working with Tom to make that happen.
“We are still working on our rhyme,” he stated. Next year we will do an album.
“We are still trying to get my name out in the market because people still don’t take it seriously. Then I will try to release another album. ”
And Usain received a seal of approval from Tom, who said: “Usain is a producer. I am a singer. When he does his album, I will fly to Jamaica 100%. “

Before joining Soccer Aid, Tom expressed concern that he had gained too much weight during his US tour last month.
He said: “Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been a bit preoccupied with the tour, but I’m out on the field at the moment and I played ball last night, so I’m ready for it.
“I ate trash in America. It’s just fries and burgers not to be missed.
“I will definitely be in a space where I am there to play well. It’s on TV, for God’s sake. I don’t look trash, no way. ”
Meanwhile, Usain got goosebumps when he found himself being tackled on the pitch by football legend Jamie Carragher.
The boys laughed about the incident, however, as Jamie took to Twitter after their game to share a snap of him and Usain smiling on the field.
He captioned the tweet: “When @usainbolt tells you he’s not that fast anymore #SoccerAid” along with an eye and air emoji.
The post caught the attention of the man himself, whose quote tweeted the photo and responded with a smile, typing: “Haha.”
Usain had previously discussed his desire to become a professional footballer, before realizing he had missed his chance to become a professional.
He told Wide World of Sports: “It’s just one of those things you miss and just have to move on. I sometimes think about it that it didn’t go the way I wanted because football is what I love. The fact that it didn’t work out, I think about it, but like I said, it’s one of those things you have to get over. “
