Vampire survival game V Rising sells over 500,000 copies in three days

This was announced by the Swedish game developers Stunlock Studios V risinghis open-world vampire survival game has sold over 500,000 copies since releasing it on Steam Early Access.

The feat was accomplished in three days when the game went live on May 17th.

At press time, 112,906 people are currently playing V Rising on Steam, which is the highest currently. We’re looking for more people to join in the vampire fun this weekend.

The game features servers with up to 50 players where you build a magnificent castle on the continent of Vardoran. But first, you begin as a weakened vampire after centuries of sleep. You must hunt to regain strength while hiding from the sun.

Once you are strong enough you will start rebuilding your castle, turning humans into loyal servants and building your vampire empire. You can find both allies and enemies, play alone online or locally, fend off holy soldiers and wage war.

There are also other mythical dangers you must face as you journey through forests, open landscapes, and caves to find resources, meeting friends and foes alike along the way. You can plunder villages, raid bandits, fight bosses and explore the territories of supernatural beasts.

The resources you find and the ancient techniques you discover will allow you to gain dark powers. This is the knowledge that you will use to build a castle where you can store your loot and increase your army. The lock can be personalized and you can even make coffins for servants and friends. However, be sure to strengthen your castle to protect your treasure from vampire rivals.
