Vancouver Police Discuss Hitman ‘Chat Groups’ on Coptales Podcast

On the newest episode of Regulation&Crime’s podcast Coptales & Cocktails, Sgt. Sean “Sticks” Larkin, previously of the Tulsa Police Division’s Crime Gun Unit, and ICU Nurse Howard Doss sat down with Vancouver Cops and Her Time co-founders, Detective Anisha Myette and Sergeant Sandy Avelar.

Myette and Avelar informed Larkin and Doss about how they’ve had informants concerned in infiltrating “insane” hitman group chats.

“We’ve had informants who’ve WhatsApp group chats of as much as 100 guys who’re on these chats, and so they’re hit man discussion groups,” Myette stated. “It’s insane. They put out an image and a price ticket, it’s a primary come first serve, and also you’ll simply reply with a test mark.”

Myette stated that the value tag on the targets can stand up to “100 thousand.”
