Victoria Beckham shows off glamorous outfit for Brooklyn’s wedding

Victoria Beckham’s bespoke dress for her son Brooklyn’s multi-million dollar wedding to Nicola Peltz was inspired by former disco nightclub Studio 54.

The groom’s mother, 47, wore an elegant silver couture dress as she watched Brooklyn, 23, and Nicola, 27, celebrate on Saturday (9.

The head-turning dress was hand-cut and crafted by her eponymous fashion label using three different styles of embroidered lace.

Fashion detailed how Victoria’s Design Director Lara Barrio drew inspiration from the ’70s club scene to create the shimmering, snuggly number.

The publication said the couture dress had an element of nostalgia and that it blended the glamor of ’40s Hollywood with the “sass” of the ’70s club scene.

“Think Studio 54 hues but with all the elegance of the Beckham brand,” they wrote when criticizing the dress.

The world-famous club in New York experienced its heyday in the late ’70s, the establishment being known for its hedonistic atmosphere and celebrity clientele who attended its parties.

It was revealed earlier this week that Victoria’s dress took five days to make as it was her fashion label’s first ‘couture dress’ to be made in her workshop in London.

Victoria explained that the ‘bespoke’ fabric – said to be inspired by the moonlight reflecting off the ocean – was developed by one of her favorite weavers in Italy.

Victoria said the fabric is “like liquid metal and hangs so beautifully,” and said the dress has three different types of lace.

She explained to fans on Instagram earlier this week that the three styles were combined to create a new lace, which was then hand embroidered by her team.

The Spice Girls member said it was a “labor of love” as she expressed her gratitude to her “amazing team” for making such a “special” dress.

She said, “It was a labor of love and I’m so grateful to my incredible team for creating something so beautiful for me.”

Guests at the wedding included tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams, Eva Longoria and Spice Girls Mel B and Mel C.

Brooklyn’s sister Harper was a flower girl and his brothers were among his best men, with them and David delivering speeches at the event, British Vogue reported.
