Victory at Old Trafford earns Graham Potter an LMA award

Graham Potter has received the inaugural LMA Utilita Performance of the Week Award this season.

The Albion boss’ work in the 2-1 win at Old Trafford was recognized by a panel of judges that included his predecessor Chris Hughton and former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

Potter saw the award as a well-deserved recognition of the work of his players and staff.

He said: “We were very happy with the result against Manchester United and it is an honor for the team to be recognized by such a prestigious jury. I would like to thank you, the LMA and Utilita for the award.”

The panel also included LMA Chairman Howard Wilkinson, Rachel Yankey, Dave Bassett, Les Ferdinand, Clare Tomlinson and Barry Fry. Victory at Old Trafford earns Graham Potter an LMA award
