Virgin Media’s broadband slashed over £500 in early Black Friday sale

BLACK Friday is only a few weeks away, but many brands have already started their sales.

Virgin Media has slashed prices on a wide range of TV, broadband and bundle packages.

The brand’s M350 standalone broadband package has been reduced by a staggering 51% from £57 a month to just £27 a month.

On an 18-month contract, that’s an amazing saving of £522 on a service that offers a connection speed of 362Mbps.

If you’re thinking of switching broadband providers or upgrading to a new TV package, this is the perfect time to start looking for deals.

And it’s definitely worth comparing options on Virgin Media’s website, which also has a range of TV/broadband packages for sale.

That Larger bundle packagewhich includes the Virgin 360 TV box, BT Sport and Sky Channels has been reduced from £69 to £39.

You can also get the same package, with a better broadband connection speed of 516Mbps, at a lower price – it’s down from £75 to £45 a month.

And if you feel like pulling out the stops, the Ultimate Volt Package (with broadband, the Virgin 360 box, BT Sport, Sky Channels and Netflix standard) is down from £85 to £79 a month.

Virgin unleashed this wave of early bird offers a week after its rival Sky launched its own broadband and TV deals well ahead of Black Friday.

Sky is offering a Mastercard with £100 free credit with its all-in-one Sky Glass TV, which requires no dish to be installed.

Last month the telecoms giant also launched the brand new Sky Stream, a TV box that costs less than £1 a day.
