VOGUE Williams and Joanne McNally have been left in matches of giggles as Vogue opened up about an embarrassing facet impact of being pregnant.
The presenter and her former Made In Chelsea star hubby Spencer Matthews expect their third little one and already share Theodore, 3, and Gigi, 1.
