Warning as Facebook is changing the app for millions of iPhones – and users are divided

The social network has slightly changed the way its main news feed is presented – but not everyone is convinced.
Social media expert Matt Navarre revealed the tweak to fans on Twitter.
Scrolling through Facebook hides the top and bottom menus.
It’s designed to give you more screen real estate to see the content of your feed.
“I really like it, gets rid of the clutter and you can really focus on the feed,” said one user.


But some were less enthusiastic about it.
“I got this last week, not sure if I’m a fan tbh…” another person responded.
“I’ve had this for a few days and am finding it extremely annoying,” added a third.
It’s not clear if Facebook made the same adjustments to the Android app.
Although iOS and Android usually match most features.
In other Facebook news, the social network is reportedly preparing to stop manufacturing three products.


The largest of the bunch is the portal video chat ad, which has already been drastically scaled down.
Facebook has also apparently abandoned plans for two smartwatches in the face of rising costs and a weaker advertising market.
