ANDY CARROLL took an overhead free-kick AND a 25-yard volley – then both goals were ruled out.
The Reading forward created the magic pairing in the space of a minute as his side took on high-flying Fulham.
The first time he hit the back of the net with a spectacular bicycle kick – only to be flagged offside from Junior Hoilett’s cross.
Moments later, he had the ball back in the net again when he controlled a pass with his chest before hitting the net with his left foot.
But the 33-year-old was flagged offside for a second time as Reading struggled to find a breakthrough.
Harry Wilson opened the scoring for Fulham at Madejski.
And Aleksandar Mitrovic made it 2-0 for the visitors at half-time after Carroll’s unauthorized efforts.

Wilson scored another goal after the break before Kenny Tete made it 4-0 to put the game to sleep.
Fulham are second in the Championship – one point behind leaders Bournemouth.
The Cottagers have a game in their hands as they bid for promotion back to the Premier League.
Reading is struggling in 21st place – one place above the relegation zone.
