Shockingly, a Ford Fiesta is seen not stopping and driving straight into their shield before speeding away.
The video was shot on January 13, 2023.
Richard’s camera also caught a woman being hit by a car in the same spot.
He also caught a motorcyclist crashing into the rear of a car that suddenly braked.
Six years ago, one of his videos showed a schoolgirl being punched at the intersection.
Richard Habgood in conversation with the BBCsaid: “We have one at the intersection because at least once a week someone drives through while the ladies [patrol officers] are at the crossroads.
Habgood believes the intersection is surrounded by distractions like a nearby bus stop.
“I think the intersection should be moved.
“In the short term, they could remove pinch points that distract drivers.
“Drivers are more likely to look at that hazard than at the intersection,” he said.
A spokesman said the local neighborhood police team will monitor further incidents.
A spokesman said: “The team will be in touch with the council to discuss how they can support the issue going forward.
Nick Adams-King, executive member of Hampshire County Council for Motorways and Transport, said he was “very concerned” by the reports.
“Our school crossing patrol, who was involved in an incident on Friday, had the opportunity to raise the incident with our highway team and I am grateful to learn that she was not seriously injured.
“We will review the incidents ourselves to see if any action could be taken that would improve road safety at that location.”
