FANS hoping to spend the night with Wayne Rooney will cost up to £450 for a ticket.
For that hefty price tag, you’ll get an ace footie and get a signed Manchester United shirt.
But many people scoffed at the cost of Evening With. . . incident.
Steven Garrett posted online: “Price is shameful.”
“Not at that price point,” wrote Jill Moorehead on Facebook.
And David Bryan added: “It would be a waste of money.”
The match in March, hosted by Legends 7 at a Manchester hotel, will see Derby County boss Rooney, 36, interviewed by former teammate Wes Brown.
The platinum price, which includes meet and greets, autographed shirts, free drinks, three-course dinner, souvenir photos and premium chairs, costs £450.
The golden ticket, which doesn’t include autographed shirts and meets Wayne, is £225 while the cheapest, £149, offers guests just dinner and subsequent Q and A access with Brown.
The event was billed as “Wayne’s first appearance in Manchester to meet his fans in an unscripted live interview”.
