Weather in Brighton: Met Office forecast Bonfire Night weekend
After a week of stormy weather, will the skies be clear for your campfire party?
The Met Office issued three yellow weather warnings for wind, rain and storms in Sussex this week.
But it looks like you’ll need a raincoat as the Met Office is forecasting wet and wintry weather this weekend.
Saturday
It will be a cloudy morning across the region, with temperatures slightly higher than normal at 13C.
It will be raining heavily in the late morning and is expected to pour throughout the day and into the evening.
So be sure to bring your umbrellas to your Bonfire Night celebrations.
Sunday
If you were hoping for a lazy Sunday indoors, you’re in luck because blustery weather is set to persist, according to the Met Office.
Rain will be heavy throughout the day and thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon.
Next week
The weather will remain changeable in the coming week.
It will continue to be unusually mild, but blustery showers will make it wintry.
