Wendy Williams ‘crosses the fog’ as brother shares rare photo after show was cancelled

Wendy Williams is “going through the fog” as her brother shared a rare photo of the TV presenter, who was recently canceled on US television.
The 57-year-old TV personality hasn’t appeared on the series since July 2021 and her place on the schedule could be permanently removed as Sherri Shepherd looks set to be offered her the TV spot.
Wendy’s younger brother Tommy, 54, shared a family snap on Instagram along with a lengthy caption in which he updated fans on how Wendy is managing her condition.
In the photo, Wendy is seen with her father, niece, sister Wanda, son Kevin Jr, brother Tommy and her grandson and TV presenter sitting in the middle, smiling brightly.
Tommy shared the photo to a private group of Wendy Williams’ Facebook fans, in which he wrote of his sister: “I encourage everyone to be faithful that our girl Wendy will make it through the screen. this fog, push through the clouds to the light!”
He added: “I was away from my platform for a while as we went around the wagons and dealt with the fact that the family needed me. There were no scripts, views or ratings attached. with real support.
“You all have been exemplary in your support of my family and we are truly grateful.”
Tommy also urged fans to subscribe to his YouTube channel, where he promised more updates on Wendy’s progress.

They said, “There are people Wendy knows, has worked closely with her, and there are days when she doesn’t know who they are.”
Wendy is also reportedly unhappy about Sherri’s takeover of her show position and feels “disrespected” about it and the way it was announced.
An insider told The Sun: “Sherri’s show was announced on The Wendy Williams Show, to Wendy’s audience and to all of her followers.
“Wendy’s YouTube alone has 2.6 million subscribers. It’s Wendy’s YouTube! She built that following, not Sherri, not the production company.”
