Elder Scrolls Online contains loads of points of interest like Strike Locales, and keeping track of all the names can get complicated. Striking Locales has been a part of ESO for a long time, but the latest Daedric Wars event has tasked players with finding them once again. This guide will quickly prompt you where to look for languages if you forget what they are.
Find prominent positions in ESO
Featured areas in The Elder Scrolls Online can be found in every area in the game, and they usually have a Pathfinder Achievement to go with them. These points of interest are always marked with a minimalist eye icon and are populated immediately upon discovery. Most of the time, they’re in the area providing lore and nice views of the map.
For the Daedric War event currently taking place in ESO, you will be tasked with finding a Featured Place in Vvardenfell if you accept the base quest “Instructor’s Guide”. Within Vvardenfell alone, there are 9 different Striking Locale locations that you can explore. Luckily, you won’t need to explore a new location for the Daedric War questline, and you can simply visit one to complete the objective. The easiest method is to find the eyeball symbol closest to the diameter and mount it to get there quickly.
If you haven’t explored Vvardenfell yet, but still need to find the Places to Stay in the area, there’s an easy-to-find spot just outside Vivec City to the south. Locally known as Ald Sotha and can be found just northeast of Vivec City. You will automatically have a wayhrine in Vivec City, so this is the most reliable for the Daedric War event.
You have about two weeks to enter the event and collect as much Daedric War loot as you can. So get out there and find a featured Locale in The Elder Scrolls Online.
That’s all you need to know about finding Featured Positions in The Elder Scrolls Online. We have more details about the game in The ESO section of our website!
