What do the trainers say?
Dan McFarland on Baloucoune:
“How good was his defense? How good was that? On some of the tracks there I watch him and his timing, his understanding of when to go, his double effort, he literally covers everything. I found him excellent.
“In terms of finishing, he has what every winger wants, which is top speed. It’s different from other people.
“When you’re released, you’ve seen him do it repeatedly.
“But he’s a great player, a great athlete and a really good rugby professional.”
“I appreciate the commitment of the players and their ability to keep going.
“The young players just lack some clarity to put the ball in Romain’s (Ntamack) hands on the last action and play four against two. We realize that when we use this intensity, we do interesting things.
“You have to keep that enthusiasm. Congratulations Ulster. But what I want to remember is our ability to have a match point in the 80th minute 14-15. This is Stade Toulouse.”
