When does The Masked Singer 2022 start?

The third season of The Masked Singer premiered on New Year’s Day (Saturday, January 1).

And it will continue to take place at 19:00 on ITV channel tonight, January 22.

The Masked Singer’s 2022 live UK tour opens on April 2 in Liverpool and ends at Wembley on April 18, providing the chance for everyone to see live the costumes of the singers and star judges.

Who is in the lineup of The Masked Singer?

The identities of the contestants will remain a secret until their turn is revealed in each episode.

In the previous two series, the celebrity lineup included a mix of singers, actors, athletes, and even politicians.

From Girls Aloud’s Nicola Roberts, Spice Girls star Mel B, Katherine Jenkins, former Secretary of State Alan Johnson and comic Jason Manford, to Love Actually’s Martine McCutcheon, comedian Lenny Henry and host Sue Perkins, All star contestants must try to hide their identities.

Who Hosts The Masked Singer?

Presenter Joel Dommett will return to host the show again, after winning the hearts of the public for the first two seasons.

Because the identities of the masked singers are hidden even from the host, Joel tell the Mirror he doesn’t know who a few of the celebrities are, leading to some funny and awkward revelations.

He admits he doesn’t recognize the singer A-ha Morten Harket as he stepped out of his Viking outfit, leading to the “most awkward interview” he’s ever done.

“The problem is I didn’t know everyone in the world when they were revealed,” says Joel.

“You can be sure that the less I know about them, the more dedicated I will be to the disclosure.”

Who is the judge of The Masked Singer?

Everyone from the celebrity charts in previous seasons has confirmed that they will be returning in January.

TV presenter Davina McCall, singer-songwriter Rita Ora, broadcaster Jonathan Ross and British comedian Mo Gilligan All join the celebrity rankings to try to guess who is hiding behind the costumes.

In previous seasons, guests like series one winner Nicola Roberts, have also appeared.

Who won The Masked Singer in 2021?

In February 2021, singer Joss Stone, dressed as Sausage, was crowned season 2 champion.

In the final, she defeated Aston Merrygold as Robin, Ne-Yo like Badger, keep the council and the public guessing until the last minute.
