WhatsApp fans are overjoyed as a huge update fixes one of the app’s worst problems

WHATSAPP is working on a much-requested update for photography fans who only accept the very best.
You may not be aware that when you send a Snap to someone via WhatsApp, it is actually compressed.
That means the quality isn’t as good as it was when you took it.
For most people, you won’t notice the difference.
But others can say that the quality is not that high.
This is especially important if you want to expand the size and print the photo, for example.
However, it looks like WhatsApp is finally giving people what they want.
WABetaInfo has revealed an early screenshot of a new feature that lets you send original-quality photos instead.
A new settings icon in the drawing tool header lets you switch to the better standard.
At the moment the feature is still being tested by beta developers.
But it might show up in a future version.
