WhatsApp teases BIG change with three new features to improve app

WHATSAPP is about to make mail screening MUCH easier for some users.

If you’re one of the two billion people using the app, you know the feeling of being flooded with messages, not just in one-on-one chats, but also from large groups.

The Meta-owned platform has made finding specific content in chats a little better, allowing people to sort between links, media, and documents.

But now, the tech giant seems to be taking it a step further – albeit at a difficult point.

It seems that this latest improvement is only for WhatsApp business accounts, but who knows, it may be extended in the future.

Today, WhatsApp Business is used by a lot of companies as a more convenient way to provide customer service, whether it’s asking for an update on your delivery or asking a question.

Given the amount of messages companies receive from customers, you can understand why they might need extra help sorting through it all.

It means businesses will soon be able to go one step further in search through chats.

They will be able to schedule conversations between contacts, non-contacts, and unreads.

As you can imagine, these features are probably more useful to companies using WhatsApp than regular Joe.

But by making it easier for businesses, hopefully it will help improve their customer service, so you will benefit indirectly.

So far, the new options have appeared on WhatsApp Business beta, the test version of the app.

Looks like they will visit both iOS and Android at some point.

“WhatsApp has no plans to release it on WhatsApp Messenger, because they are more useful on WhatsApp Business,” according to WABetaInfo, who revealed the feature.

But everyday users, fear not, WhatsApp has a lot for you.

For those who are just starting out, a redesign on iPhone obviously in the works.

And the company is also developing a better way for you to know when people talk about yourself.
