LAPLAND UK has issued tickets for this year’s event – and they’re on sale for one day only.
Ticket sales for the family’s popular event began around noon today and competition for tickets is fierce.
We’ve got everything you need to know about Lapland UK this year, from opening dates to ticket prices.
What is Lapland UK?
Upon entering the park, guests receive an “Elf Pass” that allows them to travel the elf paths and through a magical door, and can purchase “Jingle” currency to spend on the experience.
Inside is a 90-minute show of immersive theater where the performers interact with the audience.
Along the way, you’ll also visit the toy factory, where children can help build the toys, and the “Mother Christmas” kitchen with gingerbread decorating classes.
Children can meet huskies, reindeer and Santa Claus at the end.
A visit to the ice rink, cafes, post office and candy store are also part of the day.
The entire tour lasts up to four hours and is also perfect for small children.
The experience includes toys along the way – including a toy they made in the workshop and secretly gave away to parents in time for Christmas, and an apron they used to bake gingerbread cookies in Mother Christmas’s kitchen.
A framed photo of Santa is also included.
Children will also receive a personalized box with invitations from Lapland and Santa Claus himself before the tour, with parents being advised to put them in the fridge as they were “sent straight from Lapland”.
When is it?
Lapland UK runs from 12 November to 24 December 2022.
How much does it cost?
Tickets start at £59 per person plus booking fees and cost the same for adults and children.
Free tickets are available for babies under 12 months.
All bookings have a limit of eight people per group.
How do I get tickets?
Tickets for this year’s event went on sale at noon today and they are only available for one day.
Over the past year, the attraction, popular with families, has introduced a series of ticket release dates due to its popularity.
That’s not the case this year, however, as Brits can only book today – so you’ll have to hurry.
What are the ratings?
Families have praised the experience for including both parents and children.
One woman wrote: “This is the only place in the UK that can match the magic of Disney Florida.”
Someone else added, “I didn’t think I’d say that (I’m not easily impressed) but it was worth every penny, none of us will ever forget this experience.”
