Where to find Klombos and Klomberries in Fortnite – and how to feed them

FORTNITE’s latest update added giant dinosaurs to the game, and if you find their favorite snack, you can get free items as a reward.

What are Klombos in Fortnite?

Klombos are friendly creatures that roam the map in search of their favorite (and only) food source – Klomberries.

But these adorable dinosaur-like creatures won’t hesitate to defend themselves if you attack, and you probably won’t survive the attack.

However, they are much more useful while alive and healthy, and while you can feed them for items, they cannot be tamed to track or fight for you like wild animals. is different.

Feeding Klombos Klomberries will cause them to reward you with an item they shoot out of their blowhole.

For added fun (or to ease your way through the map), you can stand on top of the blowhole to launch into the air, at which point you can launch your glider and fly away.

Where to find Klombos in Fortnite

There are several Klombos on the map at once and they are easy to spot as you get close to their path.


Klombos make a lot of noise and bulldoze their way in the environment.

Because of their size, they tend to lay eggs in flat, open areas, rather than in between POIs.

They also seem to enjoy hanging out near water, so lakes, rivers and shorelines are good places to look.

That being said, Klombo sees the following:

  • West of Sanctuary / south of Coney Crossroad
  • Around the daily bug
  • North of The Joneses
  • Lakeside at Logjam Lumberyards and Camp Cuddle

Where to find Klomberries in Fortnite

Klombos are large blue berries that grow on bushes all over the Island, and look a lot like raspberries.

Bushes tend to be found where you’ll find Klombos, and you’ll usually find a bunch of them.

If you don’t want to go berry picking, you can buy Klomberries from Haven, just west of the Chonkers Highway at the Lil’ Shaftie landmark.

You will need 25 Gold Bars to complete your purchase.

Blueberries take up space in the inventory and if you eat one yourself, you’ll get 10HP.

How to raise Klombo Klomberries in Fortnite

To raise Klombo Klomberries in Fortnite, you need to throw berries on the dining table.

Just equip Klomberries from your inventory, target with left trigger (or right click on PC).

To throw Klomberries, tap the right trigger (or left click on PC) when you’re happy with the trajectory.

Klombo will suck Klomberries and shoot an object out of the blow hole on the top of its head.

You can also climb on it to fly into the air.

Fortnite Klombo Quest

Feeding Klombos Klomberries is also part of a few challenges this week.

The new Milestone Quest requires Fortnite players to feed Klombo 5 Klombos to start it.

Meanwhile, the Week 7 Season quest requires the player to stand within 10 meters of Klombo and throw Klomberries at it.
