Far-right Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.)’s recent attack on President Joe Biden went awry. This prompted a mocking reaction from the Biden White House, which Twitter users said was “Dark Brandon,” who once again took a stand against the extremist congresswoman.
Greene criticized Biden’s domestic policies during her speech at the conservative student-activist conference Turning Point Action in Florida over the weekend.
Commentator Brian Tyler Cohen shared a video of Greene’s speech with a brief synopsis of her criticism of the president.
Biden was trying to “finish what Roosevelt started” by tackling rural poverty, education and healthcare, Greene said. She also accused Biden of wanting to make America socialist.
“Got us,” replied the official White House Twitter account.
“President Biden is working to make life easier for hard-working families,” it said.
