White House’s Karine Jean-Pierre slams reporter over ‘irresponsible’ cocaine issue

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Friday pursued a New York Post reporter for what she called an “incredibly irresponsible” question about cocaine found in the White House.
Jean-Pierre slammed the Post’s Caitlin Doornbos after she asked if President Joe Biden’s family had any ties to one Plastic bag A quantity of powder was discovered Sunday near the Situation Room, a room that housed the White House national security adviser Said Jake Sullivan not used due to construction work.
“Can you say once and for all whether the cocaine belonged to the Biden family or not?” Doornbos said.
“We have answered this question and have negotiated it extensively over the past two days,” replied Jean-Pierre.
“There has been some irresponsible reporting on the family and that’s why I have to bring that up. And I made myself very clear. I made it clear two days ago when I was asked the question over and over again as I kept talking about it.”
She added that the Biden family was at Camp David over the weekend and returned to the White House on Tuesday, long after the cocaine was discovered.
“It’s actually incredibly irresponsible to ask that question, and I’ll just leave it at that,” said Jean-Pierre.
