The remaining 15 contestants have to design toothbrushes aimed at children aged 6 – 8 in the episode broadcast on January 13.

Divided into two teams, each week the hopefuls take on missions set forth by Lord Sugar, hoping to be able to rise to the top and escape the hatchet.

While the winning team is rewarded, the losing team will be sent to Bridge Cafe – and this is where the blame game begins.

At least one of them will be fired in the boardroom.

The second episode of season 16 saw the boys lose their mission after their toothbrush was accused of looking like a lump of grass instead of a wand because of its brown and green color..

After losing his assignment, team leader Aaron Willis decided to bring Conor Gilsenan and Nick Shotering into the boardroom and, after consulting with his advisors Karren Brady and Tim CampbellLord Sugar tells Conor “You’re Fired”.
